Made with barley produced and grown in Bordeaux, and in keeping with the region's wine making roots, is matured in sauternes barrels and finished in freshly emptied barrels from historic winemakers, Château La Louvière. A truly French style Whisky.
Tasting Notes
Nose Ripe cherry, plum and grape, with overtones of aniseed, and honey.
Palate Black Forest gâteau, cocoa nibs, brown sugar, and woody spices.
Finish Warm cinnamon and raisins linger.
